Educational Tips For Parents
Overcome common schoolwork stumbling blocks
Teens often stumble over a few familiar hurdles when doing schoolwork. Families can help. If
your teen isn't doing assignments or turning them in, have your student make a to-do list and
check items off. If your teen doesn't care about schoolwork, foster motivation by praising any
progress without waiting for a final result. If your teen takes too much time to complete work, it
may be because it is confusing. Encourage asking the teacher to clarify. https://tpitip.com

November 13 ~ 6:00 PM at ISC
Families are invited to join us in person at the GCPS Instructional Support Center (Grayson Room) to provide input regarding Federal Programs funding and how these funds support GCPS students, staff, and schools.
