May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It impacts so many areas in our lives including how we think, feel, and act. It helps determine how we handle stress, relate to those around us, and make decisions in our lives. Since 1949, the United States has observed May as Mental Health Awareness Month. Agencies all across the United States work together to foster healthy conversations about mental health and growth mindset. Mental health is something we all have! Virtual Family Engagement Workshop (PreK-6th)
