Pennies for Patients
Hawley School’s Student Council is sponsoring “Pennies for Patients” that benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We are collecting change through THIS Friday. Your child can collect spare change to fill the box that he or she brought home.
Once your child has filled the container, it can be returned to school. The box can be filled and brought to school as many times as necessary over the course of the fundraiser. If you prefer online donations can be made by using this link: https://events.lls.org/pages/ctwhv/HawleyElementarySchool-2019.
The class who raises the most money will earn a class pizza party, and if the whole school reaches our fundraising goal, we will have extra recess for all!
We are presently on target to not just meet our goal but to surpass it. And, class races are very tight. THANK YOU for your support. Keep the pennies coming......
Click here for additional information. If you have any questions, please contact Jenna Connors at connorsj@newtown.k12.ct.us. Thank you for helping to support such a worthy cause.
