The BPMS Scholastic Book Fair is coming!
For one week, our school library will be transformed into a bookstore! Today (Monday), your student will be bringing home an information packet full of important details. Please look this over carefully and email me, mollie.sprague@mmuusd.org, with any questions.
I hope many of you will consider setting up an e-Wallet account for your student. This is a safe, cashless way for your student to shop. Click here for our book fair website. There you can browse the book fair's offerings to create a wishlist with your student, and learn how to set up an e-Wallet account.
We appreciate your support! Mollie and the BPMS Library

Huntington Community Forest communication
As many of you know, the Huntington Community Forest Stewardship Committee has been working for nearly two years creating a Draft Management Plan for the forest.
For sample maps please go to the HCF website at https://forest.huntingtonvt.org/. The map below shows the safety zone adjacent to school property highlighted in orange. As partners in using the land, our top priority has always been and will continue to be safety. We recognize that BPMS students and staff are one of many groups sharing this beautiful learning space.
If you have questions regarding the plan or proposed guidelines for managing the forest, please reach out to members of the Huntington Community Forest Stewardship Committee at huntingtoncf@gmail.com.
If you have questions about school usage of this land, I am happy to answer those questions.

message from Aaron Little, Director of Transportation
As a friendly reminder, when your student's individual, daily transportation plan needs to change, please contact the school in advance so a bus pass can be provided to your student by the school office. The bus pass should be handed to the driver when boarding so the driver is prepared for the change. This also allows the transportation department to evaluate available seats on the bus.
Thank you~
Aaron
