Principal's Message
Thank you, Father Edwin!
It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that our beloved pastor, Fr. Edwin, has announced that after a year of dedicated service he will be transferred to a new parish at the end of June. We will deeply miss his presence, guidance, and spiritual support within our school community.
Fr. Edwin has been an integral part of our school, offering wisdom, comfort, and spiritual guidance to both our students and staff. His compassionate nature and unwavering commitment to our school's mission have left a lasting impact on the hearts and minds of everyone he has encountered. We are grateful for the spiritual foundation he has helped lay for our students and for his unwavering support of our school's values.
Although we will miss Fr. Edwin, we are confident that he has left a strong legacy within our school community. We will continue to cherish the values and teachings he has imparted upon us and ensure that his contributions are carried forward in our day-to-day activities.
We will keep you informed of any developments regarding the appointment of a new pastor. We are here to support you and your children during this transition and beyond.
Lastly, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your ongoing support, cooperation, and understanding during this period of change. Together, we will navigate this transition and ensure that our students continue to receive the spiritual guidance and nurturing they deserve.

Trimester 3 Progress Reports
Updates to the School's Communication Protocol
REMIND App: Remind should only be used for quick reminders about upcoming events or announcements that require a family's immediate attention (i.e. school events, classroom activity reminders). Teachers and parents may also use it to communicate about questions that require a fast response. However, any non-urgent questions or sensitive information regarding personal issues or student concerns should be addressed via email.
Emails: Email communication should be used for any non-urgent questions, sensitive information regarding personal issues, student concerns, or non-urgent reminders. For example, teachers will use email to communicate about behavioral or academic issues they would like to bring to a parent's attention. However, any urgent issues will be addressed via a phone call. For emails, please allow at least 24 hours for a response during weekdays and 48 hours on weekends, especially for any emails sent outside of school hours.
Phone Calls: Phone calls will be used to communicate with parents about urgent matters (i.e. behavior, school incidents or injuries, questions from the school office, etc.). All phone communication will be done via the school line and there should be no direct phone calls to a teacher or staff member's personal cell phone.
If you have any questions or clarifications on these policies, please ask your child's teacher or Mrs. Velasco. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
