Lockout Drill
This week, our school will conduct a lockout drill. We cannot share the exact date and time of the drill. The purpose of a lockout drill is to practice the response to an active or potential threat outside our school. Staff will prepare students for the drill and support individual students as needed. We expect the students to follow their teacher's instructions. Students who are outside of the school will be brought inside at the beginning of the drill. Once all students and staff are inside the building, normal operations will continue. The drill will end with an announcement from the main office, indicating that everything is clear and the drill has concluded. Learn more about safety drills and the Standard Response Protocol on our website. If you have any questions please contact the school.

If your student does become sick with any of these symptoms, please call our attendance line as soon as possible and leave your student's name, grade, and symptoms: 503-844-1673.
SafeOregon. Feel Safe. Be Safe.
All kids should feel safe and be safe at school. SafeOregon gives kids, parents, schools, and their communities a way to confidentially or anonymously report safety threats or potential acts of violence. Together, we'll empower people to speak out and spark change. One tip can save a life.
Every Student Belongs
If you believe a bias incident has occurred, there are two ways to report the incident, our HSD Mobile App and Oregon Safe. These incidents could be student to student, student to staff, or staff to student.
