Principal's Message...
It was a great week to be a Maverick! Our high school parents were able to connect with our staff as part of Back to School Night on Monday. We had a visit from our superintendent Dr. Mark Johnson and his assistant Dina Hendrickson as they toured both campuses, spoke with staff and got to see the great work going on at Tustin Connect. Addiionally, our seniors had the chance to meet up with Mr. David and a virtual Mrs. Wijnhamer as they provided the first of three workshops for college applications.
We look forward to next week which is highlighted by our Principal/Counselor Coffee on Wednesday, September 6th at the high school campus at 9 am along with our first School Site Council Meeting on Friday, September 8th virtually with an in-person option at the K-8 conference room at 8:30 am. It is another full week of awesomeness at Tustin Connect.
Lastly, please support our PTA the Maverick 180 campaign by visiting their website at www.tustinconnectpta.com. The partnership with our PTA is such a critical one and your support allows them to offer more enrichment opportunities for our students!
