Dear St. Anne Parents,

Our Christmas Program will take place on Thursday, Dec. 16. Students can be dropped off in their classrooms starting 6:30, but MUST be in their classroom by 6:45 at the latest . Parents should then walk up to Moriarty Hall. Our very fun and talented school choir will warm up the audience with their broad range of songs from 6:30 - 6:55. The Christmas Show will begin at 7:00. In an effort to ensure that all classes have a complete audience, please remember that NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE TO GO HOME UNTIL THE ENTIRE CHRISTMAS SHOW IS OVER.....approx. 8:30. Our Christmas Program is always a fun festive event. We look forward to bringing a little Christmas cheer to all our families. Please note that all visitors must be wearing a mask when they enter the hall. We have all our parent vaccination verifications. PLEASE NOTE: If, however, you are going to be bringing another adult (not one of our parents) to watch the show, they must present their full vaccination verification at the door OR present a negative COVID test that was done no more than 3-5 days before our Dec. 16 show.

This Sunday, Dec. 5, in Moriarty Hall, our school is hosting our second 5-11 year old Vaccination Clinic for those students who need their second dose of the vaccine. Again, you need to register your child for this shot. If you have not already registered your child, here is the Link to register him/her.

ADULT BOOSTERS will also be available....both Pfizer AND Moderna. We will send out the registration link for the adult boosters tomorrow. Please do not try to register for an adult booster at the link for the 2nd children's vaccine.

Please join us up at church tomorrow at 9:45 for our school's Advent Prayer Service. Mrs. Der and her fifth grade students have prepared this special program centering on the meaning and symbols of the Advent Season. We hope to see you there!

As part of our service orientation, and to foster the connection between the school and the parish, students in some classes created ornaments to be hung on the Christmas tree in Church.

We completed another successful walk-a-thon! It may have seemed like the heavy fog would turn to rain, but the overcast weather assured us our walkers wouldn’t overheat this year. We are very thankful for all the teachers, students, parent volunteers and school staff who participated in this year’s 5K Walk-a-thon and made it a huge success! To date, we have raised over $52,500 (inclusive of match gifts and outstanding pledges) Great job everyone - you are Simply the BEST!

Reminder to send in your donations by December 10th so we may close the books on this event by the end of the year. The donation goal is $150/student. Log into PledgeStar (www.pledgestar.com/stanne) to make an online gift, or write your check payable to SAPTO with 5K and your child’s name with grade in the memo line. This will help us correctly log in donations and properly credit the student/family.

Don’t delay in sending in your donations so we may also determine the top three classes (prize is movie stream for each class) and top five student earners (prize is $100 gift card for each family). As you can see by the leader boards below, the amounts are close so any/all contributions will make a difference!

Rent a booth and sell your crafts, gifts, collectables, or second-hand clothes and toys. You can also donate items for volunteers to sell. Proceeds from what you sell are yours to keep. Proceeds from the Volunteer Table and from booth fees will be donated to students attending the middle-school 2022 D.C. Trip.

Deadline to register for a booth is today, Wednesday, December 1. Those who want to donate items to be sold by volunteers can contact us to arrange drop-off through Friday.
