January 21: End of 2nd Marking Period (2-hour early dismissal)
End of the Semester Grade Checks
With the end of the marking period on January 21, the first semester comes to a close. Please be aware that we will be reviewing grades and having discussions with students who are failing 2 or more classes. The hope is to assist students in developing a plan to finish the school year passing all classes with a D or better.
We will continue to monitor students' progress and schedule PST meetings for students requiring a more intensive support system to achieve academic success. Additionally, we will once again be organizing and implementing a summer school program for students who may need more intervention. As we move through the remainder of the year, students/families will be contacted if summer school is needed.
Please log onto Schoology to review and monitor your child's progress in all classes and reach out to your child's teacher(s) with concerns.
