November... already! We have two weeks until the end of the 1st Trimester. Your Wildcat has been hard at work showing the gains he/she has made as we get ready for conferences. You will be able to sign up for your
Parent-Teacher Conference via Sign-Up Genius. That link will be sent to you by your child's teacher around 3:30 PM today. You will again have the choice between in-person and Zoom. Be sure you choose the correct link if there are more than one. You may receive links from more than one teacher if your child also has intervention.
Thanks you to all the parent PTA volunteers who came in and helped with class parties on Monday. We definitely have the most creative parents based on some of the costumes on display! Be sure to check out the pictures below!
Our Food Drive is off to a slow start. We know inflation has impacted everyone, but also hope you might be able to pick an item from the list to help out other local families. Donations will be accepted for the next 2 weeks.
Bullying prevention lessons started this week in the classrooms. Either Mrs. Gatewood, our Social Worker or Mrs. Lang, our Counselor go into the class for these lessons. If you'd like to see more about the approach used, visit https://www.secondstep.org/bullying-prevention.
Next week has a wonky schedule. Students are off on Tuesday for Election Day and Friday is an early release at 11:40 AM.
