MES Soaring to Success
Principal weekly update
Good afternoon parents!
Good afternoon!
Wow! February already!! It has been a busy 2024 so far. February will be no different. Next week we have parent conferences and the Scholastic Book Fair. Parent coffee hour will be rescheduled to Thursday February 22 at 2:00. My apologies for the rescheduling! On Friday February 23 we will have our annual Black History gallery walk.
This years Black History gallery walk will run a bit different than last year. Below are the times that each grade level will walk the gallery. If you plan on walking with your child's class you will need to be there right at the start of their time. If you have multiple children and would like to walk with one of the classes you can let us know and we will arrange for siblings to walk at the chosen time. When you come in you will sign in at the lobby under your child's teacher. Please see below the times:
K 8:45 -9:00
1 9:15 - 9:45
4 10:00 - 10:30
2 10:45 - 11:15
3 2:00 - 2:30
5/PK 2;30 - 3:00
We are still collecting coins for books!
