"My desire to be on the West Irondequoit Board of Education began when my family and I moved to West Irondequoit in 2012. My son, Charlie, attended West Irondequoit schools from 2nd through 12th grade and graduated from Irondequoit High School in 2023. Throughout his school years, I supported and helped with various district, classroom and PTSA events and enjoyed watching my son and his classmates grow and learn through these community-creating events. As a public-school educator, I understand the importance of access, inclusion and equity for all students and the role these elements play in building a community of learners. If elected, I will use the lens of access, inclusion and equity to help move our district forward with rigorous academic programs for all students. I am asking for your support at the upcoming election and would be honored to serve on the West Irondequoit Board of Education as an advocate for all the students of West Irondequoit."

I plan on leveraging my experiences as a technical leader in business to be a good steward of the district’s finances, which includes identifying, prioritizing and executing capital projects. I believe that it is important for members of the school board to collaborate with others, ask tough questions, listen, and learn.
