On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, a hybrid meeting of the English Language Advisory Council will take from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the library and via Google Meets. Please contact Ms. Beck at beck.janelle@pusd.us if you would like to attend virtually.
On Wednesday, November 8, 2023, the Bulldog Marching Band will participate in the High School Marching Band Showcase at John Muir High School. This event is scheduled from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
On Thursday, November 9, 2023, Pasadena High School's Pep Band, Orchestra and Orchesis will be Sierra Madre middle School for a prospective Parent Night at 6:00pm.
Friday, November 10, 2023 is Veteran's Day. Thank you to everyone in the Bulldog Community who served in the armed forces.
This Friday, PUSD schools and offices will be closed in honor of Veterans Day. Pasadena High School would like to thank our own Mr. Ruddy and Mr. Pettit for their service to our nation.

In November 2023, Pasadena Unified School District is administering the California Healthy Kids Survey to PUSD Parents/Guardians, staff, and students in grades 6th, 7th, 9th, and 11th.
The purpose of this survey is to obtain information from staff, students, families, and guardians about their knowledge, attitudes, and behavior about things that affect learning.
All Bulldog parents are encouraged to complete this survey so that we can learn more about how to best serve students as scholars and developing adolescents. Please take a few moments to complete this important survey. A link to the survey for parents can be found below. Add your input to make your voice count!
On Saturday, the Bulldog Marching Band and Winter Guard gave an amazing performance in the Southern California School Band and Orchestra Association Chino Invitational Field Tournament. Under the direction of Miguel Alvarez, our Bulldog Marching Band and Winter Guard took first place in Division 2A. Way to go, Bulldogs. We're proud of you!
Farewell Coach Clark
Dilan Clark, Pasadena High School’s head football coach, has resigned. I would like to thank Coach Clark for his dedication to our young athletes and wish him well in all of his future endeavors.
The search for a new head football coach has already begun and we will share the name of our new head football coach with the Bulldog Community as soon as possible.
PHS needs your support! Despite limited funding, our students have continued to excel both in and out of the classroom thanks to our amazing faculty and the support of parents.
Now PHS needs your financial assistance to help sustain our incredible programs! Your donation will help supplement current campus initiatives to improve school safety, enhance classroom instruction through professional development, support our amazing faculty, and provide programs aimed at preparing students for college and career readiness.
