All LWMB accounts MUST be up to date on payments by the end of the day today. Please note that October 1 is a FIRM deadline for being up to date on all LWMB fees. Students will be unable to march in the October competitions if fees are past due.

Pizza, cupcakes and water will be provided to all band members as our SIAM incentive during the meal break. Students will receive 2 slices of pizza, water and a cupcake generously donated by the Brown family. Gluten free pizza and gluten free desserts will be available.

During the meeting, you will have a chance to meet with your area's chairperson/people to hear important info about what you will be doing during the LWMI. Please try to attend if possible. Thank you!

Our Snap Raise campaign is set to begin tomorrow. All LWMB members need to create or re-log in to their Snap Raise account. October 1 is the deadline to enter in 20 emails and include a photo of themselves (preferably in their band uniform).

Our goal is to raise $30,000 through Snap Raise and we can reach that goal if everyone enters 20 email addresses and includes a photo of themselves. Remember - the emails are sent to people you know (family members, friends, etc.) and when they see a photo of you in your band uniform, they are more likely to make a donation.

Mark your calendars - the 2023 LWMI is on Saturday, October 14 at LW West. We are excited to partner with Music for All and we will be a Bands of America Affiliate Regional Competition! As of now, 25 bands will be performing at the invitational!

Volunteer sign ups are now posted on Charms. We will need an immense amount of volunteers to make the invitational a huge success. When the volunteer slots are posted, please make every effort to sign up for a slot or two or even the whole day! As a reminder - volunteering at the LWMI fulfills your major volunteer requirement for the year.

We are also accepting donations for drinks. Please sign up via this sign up genius link if you would like to donate. Donating is not a substitution for volunteering. All drinks should be dropped all at LW CENTRAL on Wednesday, October 4 before, during, and after rehearsal.
