Enrichment Clubs
After school clubs are running well, and students are having a wonderful time! Soccer Club for grades 3, 4, and 5 will begin next week on May 10th from 3:30-5:00. Enrollment is limited to the first 20 students who sign up, so make sure to get those forms back as soon as possible. We will NOT have a bus available for students who participate in the soccer club, so please make sure your child has a ride if you sign up. Fliers with details went home in backpacks this afternoon.

Sixth Grade Washington DC Trip Meeting
So sorry about the delay in this meeting. We had it all set and then we were told that we had to start over using a different company. Then I was out and it has taken a minute to get things rescheduled. Thanks for your patience. We are planning the parent information meeting next Tuesday, at 5:15 PM in the School 46 library. Please follow this LINK and let us know if you will be attending so we can plan the Zoom link and in-person snacks.
Education Day at Frontier Field
We are planning a whole-school (K-6) field trip on May 31 to attend a baseball game at Frontier Field. The PTA will be most likely able to cover the cost to students. If parents would like to chaperone, we will need you to let the classroom teacher know, and pay $10 for your ticket, as well as indicate if you would like a boxed lunch for $4. Letters will be going home with details about this exciting opportunity for our school in the next week or so. Thank you so much to the PTA for helping us make this happen!
Aladdin!
We are SO EXCITED for the Aladdin show on May 25th! The evening performance for parents will be at 6:00 PM. Students will stay here at school for dinner, so that we can get everyone into costume and rehearse a little before the show. Mrs. Bellamy will be communicating specifics as we get closer to the date.

Thank you all for your continued partnership with us! It really does take a village, and this school community is such a caring place. I am truly thankful to be a part of it. Thank you to all who have reached out with words of encouragement for me and my family. From the bottom of my heart, I really cannot thank you enough for the support and your compassion during what has been a very difficult time for us.
