Sign ups for Quiz Bowl begin November 27 and go through December 22nd. Five people per team maximum. Sign up quickly as sign ups are first come, first serve. All participants will receive t-shirts and there will be prizes for the champions. Sign up at https://bit.ly/shsquizbowl23-24

Most use a baby photo but any photo is acceptable. Photographs should be a high resolution (300 ppi) scan for best quality. Original photographs can be dropped off to Ms. Hansen to scan.

Come and listen to the SHS String Orchestra, along with the SJHS 9th Grade Orchestra and the SHS Folk Ensemble, perform a "Winter Sleigh Ride Concert" on Friday, January 12th in the SHS Auditorium at 7pm.

The Opportunity Scholarship will open on January 2nd with a priority deadline of January 19th. The final deadline is March 20th. More information is available at https://ushe.edu/state-scholarships-aid/opportunity-scholarship/ The Opportunity Scholarship requires a completed FAFSA.

Seniors! Ready to conquer college? Come to FAFSA Night on January 10th from 5-8 pm in room C-29 for help completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Students who attend this event and complete a survey will be entered into a $500 scholarship drawing. A completed FAFSA is required for the Opportunity Scholarship.
