Bordeaux Elementary School

Dear Bordeaux Families,

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Be on the lookout for our annual Candy Gram flyers coming home later this week. This is an event that coincides with Valentines Day to help celebrate friendship and support our PTSO.

Just a reminder that next Friday, February 9th is now a half day, with students being released at 12:30.

As you know, students can earn Bulldog Tickets by being Safe, Respectful, and Responsible. I’m very excited to announce that students have earned a total of 10,350 tickets so far this year. Way to go Bulldogs! We’re all very proud of the work that our students do to make Bordeaux a wonderful place to come each day. Last week, we had a Bulldog Spirit Day and third grade was awarded Big Paws for having the most school spirit. However, it was a close competition amongst all the students and staff and created quite a fun day.

We all know that Bordeaux is filled with wonderful educators that go above and beyond to care and teach our students. Our local Educational Service District has nominations open for the Regional Teacher of the Year and Classified School Employee of the year. We finally made it through a full five day week and we’re looking forward to another one this week and, as always, it’s a great week to be a Bordeaux Bulldog!
