Dear Cougar Community,

Happy Holidays!

We hope you all enjoy your break! We had tons of fun this week.

Thanks to all who joined our Kids Night Out - we have a great time!

Yesterday, our middle school students cleaned out lockers. Some misunderstood the directions and thought they were expected to take ALL possessions home for break. Really we wanted them to throw away trash, throw away food and wipe up any messes. If they did bring home ALL things in a very heavy backpack, just set it aside to return in January when they will need it again! No lockers will be changed unless they are broken.

This morning our Sources of Strength student teamed up with our Cougar to welcome students and families with signs of BELONGING! See below for a picture ☺️

We also got to watch the RVHS Choir perform for us this morning as well!

Attendance Incentive!

We have partnered with the Colorado Rapids to reward and incentivize attendance here at Three Creeks K-8 by giving students who miss two (2) school days or less, from January 13th - February 21st , a complimentary ticket to a Colorado Rapids match.

Students who qualify will receive a ticket link voucher to redeem their complimentary ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased at a discounted rate. Vouchers will be redeemable for qualifying Spring 2025 games.

We were able to provide gifts to 197 kids in 88 families at Foster K-8. Thank you for your generosity!!

Middle School Basketball

MIDDLE SCHOOL BASKETBALL registrations are underway and will close December 28 @ 11:59pm.

Girls Basketball starts January 8.
Boys Basketball starts January 9.

If you are currently on the waitlist, please be patient as you may not be added until the first week of practice. Adds only happen when someone drops, if we combine teams or if another team can be added. These decisions take time and sometimes require an additional coach. You will be notified by email if we are able to add your student to the roster. Waitlisted participants should NOT attend practice until notified by Skyhawks, and are on the paid roster.

There are spots still open on several teams. If you haven't registered yet, please do so by December 28. Go to register.skyhawks.com and enter your zip code and child's age to find the correct program. Please register your child ONLY for the grade they are currently in.

*Some teams are full, but feel free to add your child's name to the waitlist.

Fun Activity for the Family

Looking for something to do on a day off from school? Visit the Clyfford Still Art Museum! All students under age 17 are admitted for free with an adult! Three Creeks K-8 partners with Clyfford Still Museum for a fun art experience for 4th-grade students each year. Because of this, any 4th-grade student plus two adults can visit the museum for free! Be sure to bring your ticket, see the above picture for more details!

Yearbook 24-25

Please order your Yearbook before the price goes up! As of January 1st, the price of the Yearbook is $40. Order yours so you guarantee an on time delivery for your child.

Any orders after March 20th, 2025 will not be guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the school year.

We only have 173 books left, so get your order in soon.
