Employee Health & Wellness Survey 2023
Your feedback is important to us as we grow our MyHealth Onsite Wellness Centers and wellness programs! If you could take a few minutes to complete a short survey regarding your experience with the centers along with your ideas regarding wellness opportunities you would like to see offered.
The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, May 19th.
May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, an annual observance designated in 1983 by the President's Council on Fitness to promote healthy lifestyles among all Americans and improve our quality of life. It is a great month to get moving by participating in physical activities such as walking, jogging, swimming and more. This observance not only celebrates exercise and sport participation but also highlights the important benefits of being physically active.

Here’s some money saving tips.
DO
- Use an in-network Urgent Care Center (UCC) for minor illnesses or injuries. Click here for more information.
Example: Use GuideWell Emergency Doctors Urgent Care Center. They are a Value Choice Provider. The first 2 visits are $0 copay and subsequent visits are $50 copay regardless of which plan you are enrolled in. (Note: You may have to $50 copay upfront and then get reimbursed after claims pays.)
DON’T
- Don’t use the ER for minor illnesses or injuries that can be treated at an Urgent Care Center (UCC).
- Click here for a list of in-network UCC’s near you.
Note: Copays are $50 per visit at an UCC as compared to $300 copay for an ER visit. In addition, the doctors who treated you in the ER will bill you separately for their services
