Respect: When we think of Respect it is helpful to remember the "golden rule": Treat others the way you would want to be treated! If we stop and think about how our actions may affect others before do or say something, we can ensure that we are being kind and respectful at all times!
Ownership: Everyone makes mistakes no matter how much we try to avoid it. The true test of your character is when you can make a mistake and own it and work really hard to do better next time. We learn and grow by taking ownership of our choices and actions!
Acceptance: At Carlton Hills we celebrate the the important traits that make every one of us unique! By being accepting of others, we ensure that everyone feels safe and welcomed while on campus at Carlton Hills!
Responsibility: By showing responsibility, we practice the important habits that will set us up for success for years to come! Showing responsibility means coming to school on time, making sure our iPad is charged and ready to use each day, completing all of our assignments, asking for help when we need it!
By practicing these traits in our daily habits we are sure to have a very successful end to the school year! Keep up the great work, Jaguars! I can't wait to see how you will R.O.A.R. through the rest of this school year.
