This week is conference week. We encourage our teachers to meet with all families. We have the school open for face-to-face meetings but can accommodate Zoom as well.

Please turn in your enrollment cards for the 2022-2023 school year as soon as possible. A utility bill must be attached as a proof of address.

Contactless Student Check-In

Please park in the front of the building and walk to the new front door that leads into the office. Use the "Contactless Student Check-In" QR code located on the front door. Once you electronically check-in your student, they may enter the building through the office door. Your student will still need to pick up a tardy slip from the ladies in the office.

Please exit out of the form once you submit your child's check-in so it does not submit more than once.

Contactless Student Check-Out

Hunt has two "Contactless Student Check-Out" parking spots located in the front of the building. Each parking spot is identified by a sign and QR code. Use this QR code to electronically check-out your student and then follow the instructions, which includes calling the office at 479-750-8775 and then waiting 5 minutes before you meet your child at the front office door. Make sure to bring your ID to the door with you.

Please do not check out students AFTER 2:30pm.

Please exit out of the form once you submit your child's check-out so it does not submit more than once.

Hunt Shirt

You can now order your shirts online. Go to the Online School Payments link and find Hunt under Elementary School drop down. You will need to set up an account the first time you use this system. Please add your child's name and shirt size in the description box.
