Enrollment at the five traditional high schools increased by 231 students, with Blaine High School registering 3,139 students as the largest high school in the district. Enrollment at the Secondary Technical Education Program (STEP) totaled 1,134 students, about 8-10 percent of the enrollment of their home high school.
