Board of Education Readers Recognized!

The Board of Education recognized the following Central Elementary students who served as Board of Education Readers. They recited the Pledge of Allegiance, Mission Statement and shared with the Board and members of the public what they were learning so far this year at Central. Kiernan also provided an update on recent and upcoming events at Central Elementary. Great job by all.

The Board of Education accepted the very generous donations from the Byrd HSA, Lourido Family and Glen Rock Youth Basketball League

Please find below the donations that were accepted by the Board of Education.

The Board of Education approved professional development, conferences and workshops for staff in the amount of $3,674.08

Strategies for Centering Students While Supporting Phonics, Fluency, Vocabulary and Comprehension

Neurological Intervention Workshop
