September Weekly Update
Week of September 25th - September 29th, 2023
Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope you find this newsletter informative each week. Please note that the Quincy Public Schools recently updated the school calendar for the 2023-2024 school year. I have attached the updated school calendar to this newsletter for your perusal.
You will also find in this newsletter information about the Band and Strings Programs offered at Point Webster and by the Quincy Public Schools. This includes information about instrument rentals, band at Point Webster and the Quincy Public Schools strings program.
In addition, grades 5-8 Extended Day Activities have begun. Students can continue to sign-up for these before and after school activities. All students have been accepted into the activities they've signed up for unless we've met your child and informed them that they've been added to a waiting list. I have attached an Extended Day Activities Calendar so that you can see when each activity is running as well as their start date.
Pre-K information remains the same as last week's. Our Pre-K teachers will send you information about their specific classes each week.
Lastly, information about Point Webster's Cross Country and Tennis teams has been posted on our website as well as given to all interested students.
Sincerely,
Ms. Christine Barrett
Principal
