How to submit proof of residency (new and returning students)
Acceptable documents:
- Utility bill dated 6/1/23 or more recent
- If this is not an option, please reach out to bkossmann.1@thegrahamschool.org

- Take a picture that includes Guardian’s name; address and date of the bill
- Email jpeg or pdf file to registrar@thegrahamschool.org

How to submit Free & Reduced School Meals Application
All families should fill out a Free & Reduced School Meals Application to see if they qualify for free or reduced meal pricing. The application is available to be completed online in the OneView Parent Portal at: https://tgs.esvportal.com/. Please complete the application online as soon as possible. Please contact Roxanne Holonitch at frontdesk@thegrahamschool.org with any questions.
How to pay the annual School Fee
We are asking our families to help with expenses by paying the annual school fee of $35.00. School fee may be paid with a credit card online via the TGS School Store, or with cash, check or money order in person, or with check or money order by mail.

Egg Drop Project
Students in Mr. McClung's Physical Science classes participated in an egg drop project. Students worked together to build devices capable of letting an egg survive a fall from a great height.

Go to: www.krogercommunityrewards.com or call 1-800-837-4483 to enroll in the program. Add Graham to your card. You can search for The Graham School by name or use our school code: IE209, Shop! Every time you shop and use your Kroger Rewards Card Graham gets rebates. Kroger totals those rebates and sends Graham a check.
IMPORTANT SCHOOL MEAL INFORMATION
The Graham Family of Schools participates in the National School Lunch Program that allows for all families to apply for free or reduced meals. Lunch is available to all students. Should they choose not to participate in the school meal program, students may bring their lunch from home. NO OUTSIDE FOOD MAY BE ORDERED OR DELIVERED AS THIS DIRECTLY VIOLATES THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM POLICY.

EL Education
Our partnership with EL Education empowers our teachers to unleash the potential of their students. EL Education is built on ten design principles that reflect research based thinking about teaching, learning, and the culture of schools. The Graham School's habits of learning have grown out of the design principles: Self-Direction, Perseverance, Teamwork & Collaboration, Service & Stewardship, and Adventure & Risk.
Title 1
TGS is a School-wide Title 1 program, enabling us to receive Federal Funds to ensure that our students receive the support they need to reach and exceed grade level goals in reading and math. RESIDENCY VERIFICATION NOTIFICATION
Per House Bill 21 community schools are required to perform a monthly review of student files and randomly select families for residency verification. Please contact the school immediately in case of an address change. Proof of residency must be submitted within two weeks of an address change. If evidence is not provided, requests for additional documentation or a home visit may occur.
