HMS Halloween Parade HMS Halloween Parade

Please be aware the school dress code will still apply. This includes:


- Shirts may not expose the midriff, chest, back or sides.

- Sleeves must be a minimum of a hand's width at the shoulder.

- Shorts, Skirts, and Skorts must be at minimum to the fingertips when arms are naturally at the side.

- Costumes should not include fake blood or other paints that could stain carpet/furniture.

- Do not bring weapons such as toy guns, swords, knives etc with the costume.

- Students will be asked to remove masks that cover the face when in the classroom. They may be worn during the parade.

Halloween Candy Donations

HMS is requesting Halloween Candy Donations for our Annual Halloween Parade! Donations can be sent to school on or before Monday, October 31st.


Please send in bags of candy or treats to be passed out to our students by the HMS Staff during the HMS parade which will take place on Monday, October 31.

Electronic Devices – Devices such as used for listening to music, recording, laser pointers, and other electronic devices are not permitted to be used in the classroom without permission from the teacher or administrator. Such items will be confiscated.


Cell phones are to be turned off and kept in their lockers during the school day. Cell phones that are used during the school day will be confiscated and must be picked up by a parent.


If a student needs to contact a parent/guardian, they can go to the office to either use their cell phone or call from the office phone. If a parent needs to reach a student, they can leave a message for their student with the office.
