Ticket Sales: Tickets are on sale in the office before school, at lunch and after school. Tickets are $5 for all students. Tickets must be purchased by- Thursday, October 27. Tickets are not sold at the door.
What to Expect at MS Dance: Students will have the chance to participate in a number of different activities including; dancing to music played by a DJ, hanging out with friends, a selfie station, foosball or playing volleyball or basketball in the gym. Our PTO will open up a store with snack items and drinks. If you are sending your students with cash, small bills are preferred (thanks!)
There will be supervisors at all entry/exit doors and throughout the event to ensure that students have fun in a civil and safe environment. You can help us make this a great event by reminding your student of the following expectations:
Running, moshing, head banging, slam dancing, dirty dancing, piggy-back riding and any other behavior considered inappropriate or unsafe will not be allowed at the dance.
All school rules including the dress code apply at the dance.
You may not leave campus to go home before the dance and return to campus after the dance starts. You may not leave early from the dance unless your parent picks you up.
Students who are not meeting expectations at the dance will be given a timeout or removed from the dance.
Dismissal:
Prior to 3:45- If your student needs to leave early, you will need to come in and sign them out at the commons entry door near the top of the circle/flag pole.
After 3:45- Students can leave the dance to meet you in the parking lot. To maintain traffic flow and avoid back up to 199th; 8th grade families- please pick up in the bus loop behind the school. 6th/7th grade families- please pick up in the front of the school.
There are no buses that service dance goers, please plan on being at MMS by 4:00 to pick your students up.
