We remain committed to serving our mission of providing students with a well-rounded, Catholic education while keeping our community safe and healthy. Introducing New Extended Day Plans for Families!
We are excited to announce new formats for extended day registration and billing as we work to streamline the process for parents and families. A reminder that the school currently offers Morning Care from 7:00am-7:40am and Afternoon Care from 2:30pm-5:30pm.
For the upcoming 2021-2022 school year, parents will register for morning and afternoon care on a monthly basis using a web form in the FACTS Family Portal. Good news - no more paper calendars! If you need to change your extended day schedule, or your child needs to attend on a day he or she is not registered, you can always contact the school to amend your calendar - drop-in attendance (with parent notification day of) is permitted. Please note that you will only be billed for the days your child attends.
For preparation purposes, we do ask that if you are planning to utilize extended day at any time during the year, you complete the form here. This form will be utilized by staff for planning purposes only. It is not a formal registration, and you are not locked into the days selected in the form.
In addition, while families may still choose to be billed using our "drop-in" rate each month, we are now also offering three different flat-rate plans for families. These plans provide families with consistent payment options and yearly cost savings. You can read more about these plans, as well as our drop-in rates and billing options in the flyer here. The flyer includes a link to register for the flat-rate plan of your choosing, if so desired.
Lastly, please note that all billing will be completed through the FACTS Family Portal.
FACTS Family Portal Login and Training Sessions
You should have received an email from the school prompting you to create a login for your Family Portal. The email is titled "Introducing the FACTS Family Portal - Important Login Information Enclosed!"
If you have not already done so, you can create your FACTS Family Portal Login by following the instructions here.
In addition, in order to ensure our families are comfortable using the platform, we will host four family training sessions:
- Tuesday, August 10th, 4:00pm - PK-5 Families
- Thursday, August 12th, 7:00pm - PK-5 Families
- Monday, August 16th, 4:00pm - 6-8 Families
- Thursday, August 19th, 7:00pm - 6-8 Families
Click on the date you wish to attend to RSVP. Please note that pre-registration is required, as Zoom links will only be sent to registered families.
You only need to attend one session, as each session will cover the same material. If you have students across the grade level spans, you are encouraged to attend only a middle school (6-8) session.
Mark Your Calendars! Back to School Night and New Student Orientation!
Our Annual Back to School Night is scheduled for Tuesday, August 24th. In order to minimize crowding and adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines, we will be running two sessions. Session I for families with children in grades PK-4 will run from 5:45pm-6:45pm, and Session II for families with children in grades 5-8 will run from 7:00pm-8:00pm. Families with students in both grade spans should plan to attend Session II.
In addition, New Student Orientation for new students entering grades 1-8, as well as all students entering sixth grade, is schedule for Wednesday, August 25th from 9:15am-11:15am. Please note that pre-kindergarten and kindergarten families will receive information from their teachers regarding their grade-level specific orientation times and details.
Additional details regarding both Back to School Night and New Student Orientation will be emailed to families at the start of next week. Stay tuned!
Lastly, the school office remains open from 8am-1pm, Monday-Friday (and by appointment outside of these hours) throughout the summer. If you need anything or have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend and a blessed week ahead!
Sincerely,
Mr. Peloquin

Aluminum Can Tab Collection
What: Aluminum can tabs are being collected
Why: To support the Ronald McDonald House in Providence
How can you help? Save can tabs and send them in to Mr. Godin’s room.
Bottle Cap Drive
We’re excited to share that our school is part of the Coca-Cola Give program. This provides new funding opportunities to help improve learning environments for students. The best part? Donations don’t come out of your own pocket. When you make Coca-Cola purchases, you simply send in bottle caps or product codes from boxes of beverages and our school receives a donation.
All caps and codes should be sent to Mr. Godin. Codes will be entered on one account to gain larger and quicker donations.
Thank you!
