Educational Tips For Parents
Help your teen think through risks beforehand
Teens are hard-wired to seek new experiences, and the part of their brains that controls impulses
develops last. That means your teen still needs your help to assess and plan for risks. When your
student wants to go on a hike with friends, you may hear where and with whom. Encourage
further thinking by asking other questions, like: "Will parents be along?" and "What if the trail is
crowded?" Thinking risks through helps your teen learn how to plan for them. https://tpitip.com
