WINTER SPORTS ROUNDUP
The winter sports season comes to an end this week with the first ever Cape and Islands League Tournament!
Girls Basketball finished the regular season with an 8-3 record and third in the Cape and Islands League Lighthouse Division. The girls won their first Cape and Islands League Tournament game but unfortunately lost in the semi finals to CCA. Great season girls!
Boys Basketball finished the regular season with a 9-2 record and second in the Cape and Islands League Lighthouse Division. The boys travel to CCA tonight at 5:00 for the Cape and Islands Lighthouse Division Tournament Championship. Tune in to Cape Cod Academy’s Facebook live page to watch the live action tonight! Go Sharks!
Girls Ice Hockey finished the regular season with a record of 2-4-5 and fourth in the Cape and Islands League. The Furies won their first Cape and Islands League Tournament game last night in double overtime, 2-1 over DY/CCA/SJP. The team will travel to Falmouth on Saturday to take on the Clippers at 3:30 in the Cape and Islands League Tournament Semi Finals. The game will be available for viewing on LiveBarn.
Boys Ice Hockey finished the regular season with a 1-6 record. Unfortunately their hopes of Cape and Islands Tournament redemption were spoiled due to Covid protocols. The boys worked hard all season and showed great improvements. They should be very proud of how far they came in a short time.
