Findley Elementary School
April 30, 2021
MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Greetings Findley Families,
Next week we celebrate our teachers and staff. This year, in particular, they have gone above and beyond to create learning experiences both online and in person. Please join me May 3-7 in appreciating all our teachers and staff and all that they have done this year.
Also next week, we will be participating in the Spring Safe Routes Walk and Roll to School event. In person students are encouraged to walk or ride their bikes or scooters to school on any day next week. Each day, staff will be handing out small prizes to students who are able to participate. On Wednesday, May 5, our students who are in Comprehensive Distance Learning are encouraged to walk or ride up to school anytime between 9-11am. We look forward to seeing you!
Lastly, it’s the time of year when we ask for parent input about next year. Included in this newsletter is a link to a form for parents to provide our school staff with information about your child that will be helpful as we begin to put together classes for the 2021-2022 school year. While we don’t take requests for specific teachers, we do value parent input about your student’s optimal learning environment.
I hope you all have a great weekend.
