Good Morning E.L.M. Families,


Happy Friday! It's hard to believe that February is just around the corner. We have sent home the February calendar yesterday and a copy is available below.


** We have Ski Club today. Students will leave school at 11:35am and return at 5:00pm. Please remind your skier to bring all of their ski & winter gear, along with an extra snack, drink, or money for the snack bar.**

* Progress reports were sent home yesterday. Please reach out to your student's teacher, if you have any questions or concerns.


* The Scholastic Book Fair will take place the week of Feb. 7 -11th. We will offer an opportunity for families to visit the Fair on Monday, 2/7 from 3:00-5:00pm. Students will also have an opportunity to shop during the school day. A schedule will be sent next Friday.


* We will celebrate Valentine's Day on Monday, Feb. 14th with Red & Pink Day. Students are welcome to bring Valentines to share with their friends. Like all previous holidays, we are providing treats & refreshments to all students during their classroom parties.


Planning Ahead:


* February vacation will take place during the week of Feb. 21st - 25th.


A Note from Nurse Jacquelyn:


To those I have not had the pleasure of introducing myself to, my name is Jacquelyn and I'm the new school nurse. I want to thank everyone that I have had the pleasure of conversing with, for being exceptionally welcoming and receptive. I hope to continue to work together to keep our children and staff happy and healthy. My intent over the next few weeks is to review, compile and update all the medical documentation. If your student has had a recent well visit, screening or vaccination please forward the information to me or have it faxes to 413-743-2871. The updated information will help me better care for your student. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me via phone or email at jgraves@savoyelementary.com
