🛑Important Notices🛑
Welcome Back Forms Due: September 30th
Please send in the forms from the Welcome Back packet that were sent out earlier this summer. Most important are the Health/Allergy form and the updated contact form. Having current emergency contact information allows schools to reach families about your student or a change in school operations. Updating your student's health information helps safeguard your child's well being by keeping the school informed of any significant changes important to your child's health.
