P/T Conferences are coming up! Avoid the back and forth by using Google Calendar!

Google Calendar has a new(ish) Appointment Schedule feature that allows you to create a booking page, so parents can sign-up for a time slot for parent teacher conferences!
Share a unique booking page with time slots that other people can book!
You can make them as short as 5 minute slots.
It will give you a notification that someone has booked a time slot and automatically sync with your Google Calendar. From there, you can invite other teachers or staff if you need to for the conference!
You can also set the location, whether it be in person or using video conferencing.
You can send it out on Remind easily by copying the link into the message, and parents can book you right from there.

1. Click Share this page button in the address bar
In the browser window, open the URL that you want to create a QR Code for, and click the share button
2. Generate QR code for current page
Click ‘create a QR Code’, which instantly generates a static QR Code
