Principal's Message
Dear St. Jerome families,
I am asking for your prayers during these next few months. I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. My intent is to work through this journey without interruptions to our school. My team of doctors has a solid treatment plan that I am very confident I will beat this and come back stronger! Thank you for your continued prayers and support!
Re-registration has begun for the 2023-2024 school year. Mrs. Byrne sent the renewals electronically and a paper copy on March 8th. Please be sure we get the renewal with the $50.00 registration fee. The classes are starting to be filled up. Get your renewal in soon and you will be placed in a drawing for a $50.00 gift card.
The student's all brought home a Lenten Rice Bowl or donations. Please return the rice bowl with the donations by Friday, March 31st. Thank you for your help with the CRS-Catholic relief Services collection.
Blessings,

Cell Phone Use
Please, please help our staff with children bringing their phones to school and using them during the day. The cell phone policy is in the handbook. Each teacher collects them first thing in the morning and then they are sent down to the office in the appropriate grade level bin.
Some children are telling us, "I didn't bring one, I forgot I had it, etc." A few are texting during the school day, taking pictures and then posting them on social media. The children do not need to bring them to school. I understand ones who walk and bus riders for safety to have one available in case of an emergency; others do not need to bring them. If any child is caught with their cell phone during the school day, it is an automatic 3-day Suspension
Thank you for your assistance, the children are here to learn.
