Principal's Advisory Committee
We want to thank our family representatives who are participating in our principal's advisory committee. In the upcoming months, there will be many opportunities for all of us to connect and work together on some exciting tasks. Things to look forward to:
- Celebration of Black History: Enjoy the activities and take advantage of volunteer opportunities.
- 5Essential Survey Drive: We want to hear from all of our families!
- Spring Beautification: We've got our eye on a garden refresh and artistically bringing to life our front circle area.
- Step-Up Activities: Preparing for transitions takes teamwork!
Celebrating Black Creativity Through the Arts
Churchill School is proud to announce the return of the Black History Month Museum night. This year's theme is Celebrating Black Creativity Through the Arts. Please mark your calendar for Thursday, February 16, 2023, from 5-7 pm. We will have live musical performances, a drum circle, local black owned businesses pop-up shops (variety of payment types but consider bringing cash), 3D make-and-take artwork, as well as special celebrity guests. Best of all, student projects will be on display from all 3rd-5th grade classrooms. You do not want to miss this amazing school community event.
