ENVoY Classroom Management Training with Michael Grinder: Post-pandemic education has seen a tsunami of resignations from veteran teachers while it does triage with newbies. One of many reasons is the change in student behaviors that have emerged.
New Teacher Boot Camp featuring Michael Grinder's ENVoY Training: Similar to the above training, this opportunity provides newer educators additional insights to support their experiences in the classroom.

This 3 hour workshop for administrators will model the process of prioritizing and operationalizing learning standards for the purpose of being able to lead their own staff.

SEL, DEI & CRSE - Weaving the Threads of Success for All Students
We want to "encourage students to take academic risks in order to create an environment that capitalizes on student mistakes as learning opportunities that help students grow academically and emotionallyā€¯ (CRSE Framework 28). How do we translate these documents into our classroom practices in an authentic ways? As educators, it would serve us to deepen our understanding of how to foster a learning environment that embodies trust, belonging, and engagement for all students.

Social Workers & Counselors as SEL Leaders Network
Social & Emotional Learning continues to receive widespread attention within education and seems now more than ever, an aspect of the learning that requires all hands-on deck. The implications of this for school social workers and counselors must not be neglected. These important individuals play a role in creating an environment vital to a student's social/emotional development and often are the first line of defense in identifying and addressing these needs within a school setting.

Human Identity: So Much More Than Pink/Blue
Regardless of race or creed, students who identify as LGBTQ+ experience dramatic numbers of founded cases of bullying, harassment and discrimination. Many of these negative experiences are rooted in bias or intolerance. This session will provide information that will seek to alter the common longstanding belief that gender and sexuality are binaries.
