Creegan Family Night Important Information
Hello Families,
We are so excited to see you all at the Creegan Family NIght on May 26th from 5:00-7:00 PM.
We have so many wonderful events this evening. There will be a Book Fair, The Fire Department, Police Department with vehicles, such as motorcycles and ambulance. In addition, we have dancers performing, Irish Step Dancers and Cambodian dancers for your entertainment. We will have a DJ with music, games, activities, and food. Please be sure to bring CASH for the tickets that will allow you to use the Bounce house, cotton candy, raffles etc...
Please be sure to sign the WAIVER with the QR code listed below to save time, if you are planning on using the bounce house.

21st Century Program ENDS May 26th: Student Pick Up by 4:45 at the FIRST GRADE WING
Students will be completing many assessments the weeks of May 23-June 4th in addition to the MCAS occuring for Grade 3 and 4. ATTENDANCE is critical. Thank you for sending them EVERY day.
JUNE DATES
June 2nd: Field Day with a rain date of June 3rd
June 7th: Grade 4 students "Step Up" visit to the Stokolosa (9:00-10:30) DO NOT BE LATE, the busses will leave on time.
June 9th: 4th Grade, KIDS IN CHARGE DAY
June 10th: Performance/Art Show. Grades 2-4 (9:00 am) and K and 1 (1:00 pm). Hoping to see you at the Lincoln!
June 14th: Grade 4 Field Trip ROLLER SKATING AND LASER TAG
June 15th: 4th Grade "Moving On" Ceremony 1:00 PM
NO SCHOOL: MONDAY June 20th (recognizing Juneteenth)

SUMMER 21ST CENTURY PROGRAMMING SIGN UPS
This year we will service existing Kindergarten students through our current 4th graders. We are really pushing for many, many students to attend! Please talk us up in your class! Field trips and special events are happening this summer, too!
Also, students who are signed up for our 21st Century Program are eligible to sign up for the Busy Bee afternoon program at the Morey School and will receive bus transportation from the Lincoln to the Morey. Parents will have to pick up their children at the Morey at the end of that program. Sign ups for Busy Bee are through the Lowell Parks and Rec Website. If parents have questions about that program, they will need to call Lowell Parks and Rec- we do not have information for them beyond the flyer that is attached to this e-mail.
SUMMER SCHOOL INFORMATION AND TRANSPORTATION INFO
Summer School
Dates for summer learning programming 2022 are July 5-29th. In order to secure transportation and create bus routes, student registrations are due by Friday, June 3rd. Parents can register via the LPS website. The Link is HERE
COVID PROTOCOLS AND CONSENT TO RECEIVE AT HOME TESTING KITS
Here are the changes and NEW practices, you MUST SIGN up to OPT IN:
- Sign up with the link, click HERE:
- Anyone that signs up will receive 2 FREE AT HOME TEST KITS, every other week from the school.
- These kits will be given to students to TAKE home THURSDAY'S and families will test their own students every SUNDAY.
- If your student tests positive, you MUST notify the school, otherwise you do nothing.

Any students who have emergency medications (Epi-Pens, inhalers, etc.) or who will receive medication in school MUST have a medication order from the prescribing physician AND a completed consent form from the City Health Department. Forms and medication can be dropped off to the school nurse on the first day of school. The school nurse cannot administer ANY medications without a physician's order, including over-the-counter medications. Please make sure that the school nurse is provided refills in advance of any medication supply running out.
Please also be sure that the nurse has updated vaccination records. In addition, any absence related to a doctor appointment- please be sure to get a Dr. note, so that we may document it as an excused absence.
