Tubitini w/ homemade sauce, Caprese & Caesar Salad

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THE SAUCE?
- (2) 28 oz. cans of ALL PURPOSE tomato sauce
- (2) 28 oz. cans of ALL PURPOSE crushed tomatoes (basil & herbs infused is what I used
in mine)
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Onion
- (3) carrots
- Ditalini pasta (I used the Brilla brand)
- Fresh basil (the greener the better)
- Salt

- Pepper

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THE CAPRESE?
- Fresh tomato(s)
- Fresh mozzarella
- Basil
- Olive oil (you can add balsamic vinegar as well)
- Salt

- Pepper

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THE SALAD?
- Caesar Cardini's dressing (for the caesar salad dressing I specifically use)
- Romaine lettuce
- Parmesan cheese
- Texas Toast butter and garlic croutons

TRIO FESP Grant Aid

Available to TRIO FESP participants who will have freshman or sophomore status during Spring 2021 through Summer II 2021 semesters and have a Pell Grant for the 2020-21 academic year.

Application Due Date: December 31, 2020 (For FYE students, this will be done in class)

Spring 2021 StudentAccess Scholarship

StudentAccess is now accepting applications for the Spring 2021 StudentAccess Scholarship! Click the StudentAccess Scholarship Application link to access the application. Only two applications per grant will be accepted per year. The spring application deadline is April 9, 2021 with notifications sent to recipients by April 23, 2021. Please email applications to scholarships@studentaccess.com before the deadline.
