It has been wonderful over the past few weeks connecting with families through the Virtual Q&A and Parent Teachers Conferences. As we approach the end of the first quarter please take a moment to review your student's academic progress on Schoology and reach out to your child's teacher if you have any questions.

The next Virtual Parent Q&A is scheduled for November 2nd and Parent Teacher Conferences are November 10th.

Monday, October 3rd, we will be administering the Panorama survey to ALL students during the first twenty minutes of 3rd period (9:47 - 10:07 a.m.). Students that take classes at EC and Coffman will be asked to complete this survey for both buildings. The link will be emailed and in the students' Schoology Updates on Monday morning.

A representative from Buckeye Scholastic will be at Coffman during 5th period on Monday 10/3 and Tuesday 10/4 with cap, gown and class ring samples. A reminder that the 35% Early Bird Discount for online cap and gown ordering expires on 10/15/22. Visit: Buckeyescholastic.com/dublincoffman/ for details.

Coffman has many clubs for student participation. Search "coffmanclubs" on Instagram for upcoming club meeting dates, times and locations. A complete list of clubs, including a description and contact information can also be found HERE . There is something for everyone! Get involved!

All students are welcome to attend visits with College Admission Representatives this fall at Coffman. The visits are for about 40 minutes and are held in the guidance office. Students may register at: https://app.schoolinks.com/dashboard/student/school-events

National Honor Society applications are due on Wednesday, October 19th by 3:00 PM for any eligible junior or senior. Important Updates September 2022

The Columbus Suburban College Fair is coming soon! This event is happening on Sunday, October 9th, from 1-3:30 at Otterbein University. This provides students and families with the opportunity to explore a variety of colleges and speak directly with admissions representatives from all over the country. Each college has a separate table where information is displayed and a representative is available to answer your questions. Over 100 colleges will be arranged alphabetically in the Clements Recreation Center on Otterbein's campus. Please have your child pre-register using this link and check out the attached flyer for more information about the event.

2022 Columbus Suburban College Fair Flyer

The PSAT will be administered to all JUNIORS and pre-registered 9th & 10th grade students on Wednesday, October 12th. This is not a Working Wednesday and will be a regular school day bell schedule for all students.

AP Exam Registration continues now through October 15th, 2022. Registration and payment will be completed ONLINE ONLY using the District's PaySchools Central and fees are now $98 per test. Click here for a detailed information sheet regarding this year's procedure for registration.

Twilight School is an after-school program staffed by Coffman teachers that provides students with homework help. It will take place every Wednesday in the DCHS library from 3:00 pm to 4:45 pm. Students do not need to remain at Twilight School the entire time and will have the freedom to leave early if needed. Transportation will be provided at 4:45 pm. Flu Shot Clinics Beginning Next Week

The District is offering flu shots for all students ages 7 and older. You can see the time for your child’s building and download the consent form at this link.

No Working Wednesday on Oct. 12

Our high schools will operate on their normal schedule on Wednesday, Oct. 12 and not on the Working Wednesday schedule. This is because juniors will be administered the PSAT on that day.
