Pay for LHS School Fees Before Pacer Pick Up Day (8/26/2022)
Save time at Pacer Pick Up Day. Pay for school fees on the LHS webstore before you come.
LHS does not charge class fees for any student. LOSD provides all materials students need to participate in classes. A list of optional items we recommend students purchase is available here. Thank you for supporting LHS!
If paying in person at Pacer Pick Up Day/Registration checks and cash are recommended. Credit cards will not be accepted on 8/26. If paying by credit card, pay on the LHS webstore or call in to the Bookkeeping office (503.534.2199).

Information for Schedule Changes
For a simple schedule change request, all you need to do is fill out this Google Form.
Schedule changes will only be honored for one or more of the following reasons:
--If you are missing a core academic class, or if the course is academically inappropriate (ex. placed in Geometry, should be in Algebra)
--If the credit in a course has already been earned (ex. summer courses; student must show proof of credit completion before the schedule will be changed.)
--If the primary purpose of the change is NOT to change a teacher OR results in moving a core academic class.
--If ‘Late Arrival,' or ‘Early Release' is in your schedule and you do not want it or cannot leave the building during that release period.
--If you have a hole in your schedule.
If none of the above reasons apply, please schedule an appointment with your counselor via their online appt link or email them:
A-Di: Lisa Sheehy: https://calendly.com/lisasheehy or sheehyl@loswego.k12.or.us
Dj-Kh: Quinn Takashima:https://calendly.com/quinntakashima or takashiq@loswego.k12.or.us
Ki-Pq: Christopher Keller: kellerc@loswego.k12.or.us

* Note: If you request a change and it can be made, you will see the change in your schedule on StudentVue. If the change cannot be made, your schedule will remain the same. We will not be emailing the results to you, so please continue to check Student or Parent Vue. If you don't see an expected change within 2 working days and you want more info about why, please reach out to your counselor again.
***StudentVue Note: If you don't have access to StudentVue yet or are having trouble getting in, please reach out to Sammy Bok at boks@loswego.k12.or.us. (for returning students) or to Corey Fivecoat at fivecoac@loswego.k12.or.us (for new students)

Food Service This School Year
Universal free meals for all has ended. This school year we are going back to free, reduced and paid categories. This year we will be using the Oregon Expanded Income Guidelines (EIG), which will help us provide free meals to more families. A family of four making $83,250 annually can now qualify fo free meals compare to the USDA standard of $36,075. For more info on how to apply for free meals families can visit this page.

Meal ID badges. In order to have the lunch lines flow with ease we are going to use pinned/scanners at the POS. Students can scan their ID barcode at the POS making it easy and fast to go through the lunch line. They can also use the pin-pad incase they forget or lose their ID badge.
Secondary - Students can have the option of using their barcode on their Student ID card. They can also take a picture of it with their phone and use that picture at the POS. This is up to each school if they want to allow students to use their phones for this.
Creating a Meal Account. Online meal accounts are not necessary but are strongly encouraged to have. This will make it much easier for families that want to add funds to students accounts. Meal accounts can be made with SchoolCafe. There is a small fee for depositing money into each account, but if parents deposit $100 or more they get their fee back as a credit to their account. We will accept cash or checks at the POS. Checks can be made to “LOSD - Nutrition Services”. Below is more information on how to create an account.
