November Is In Like A Lion
Hello Phoenix families,
How is that time change treating you? Have you seen the memes that remind us that our pets don't understand the time change? That is certainly true for mine, their dinner time is 6:00 pm but they were sitting by their bowls precisely at 5:00 Sunday evening ready to eat!
This week we have a "Coffee With The Principal" at 8:45am, please come by TR5 if you have any questions or would like to communicate anything to me regarding our program. Remember, this meeting does not have an agenda, its sole purpose is to respond to your questions/concerns. Also on Wednesday is the district LCAP advisory committee meeting, thank you again to our two parent volunteers for stepping up to serve on this important committee.
Our See's Candy fundraiser is coming to an end soon. Please share the information below with your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. All proceeds go to support our student ASG activities, plus you are able to enjoy some yummy candy!
Do not forget school is not in session this Friday in honor of Veteran's day. As the daughter of two Veterans (pictured), the daughter-in-law of one, and the wife of another, I am well aware of the sacrifice many citizens willingly endure in order to keep the rest of us safe. Thank you to all our Veterans and please take some time to remember and thank them for their service.
Have a great week Phoenix families and have a wonderful three day weekend.
