October 16 - October 20 Vol. 2 Edition 12
Happy Sunday Patriot Families!
Greetings Patriot Families,
Our 9-week progress reports we out via Infinite Campus on Thursday. Parents please review your students academic progress as this is the midpoint of the semester. Below you will find a link that shows our failure rate data by student for our EOC courses: Algebra I, American Lit, Biology, and U.S. History. I will provide us with an update of our data at each progress reporting period to provide us with transparency and insight for how we are progressing throughout the semester.
SCHS Progress Report Failures by Student-EOC Courses Only
All SCHS students who were nominated for Governor's Honors have a deadline of this Wednesday, October 18th to submit your completed applications. All nominees have received an email with detailed instructions for their respective nomination areas. Parents, we need your help to ensure that our students meet this deadline.
This week will be another busy week at The Creek! Our Advanced Treble Chorus received a standing ovation last week at the Georgia Choral Director's Fall Conference. Varsity Softball will play in Round 1 of the playoffs beginning tomorrow at 1pm. Varsity Volleyball will begin Round 1 playoffs on Wednesday and our Flag Football team will match up against Banneker on Wednesday as well. Our JV Football team plays against Whitewater at home for the Championship and Varsity Football will play a rematch of last year's championship game on the road against Cedar Grove.
We are excited to support our students in their academic endeavors while providing them with a competitive advantage!

The Campus Parent portal is your source for student and family records, including household and individual contact information, attendance, school-based fees, academic planning (high school), forms, and report cards. The Parent portal also provides access to the GaDOE SLDS Portal. Please set up the parent Infinite Campus account first. The same username will be shared with Schoology to set up your parent account in Schoology. Because each login reflects the person associated with the username, it is recommended that a separate account is created for each parent.
- Usernames can be comprised of letters, numbers, the underscore, and dash.
- Please refrain from creating a username that is all numbers, as that will interfere with student data here in our district.
- After completing the setup of your parent portal account, please allow 24 hours for your new account information to be sent to Schoology before attempting to log into your Schoology parent account.
