We are so excited to start out our new year with our Get to Know SWE event coming in September. We will be meeting at a beautiful Wine Tasting Room in downtown Ashland.
This is a great opportunity for you to come and check out our SWE section. Find out what we have in store for our members for this coming year. You do not need to be a member to attend. In fact, bring a friend with you! If you are a member, please bring a friend or a co-worker let them see what benefits there are to becoming a SWE member.

Glacial Till Vineyards Cider House & Tasting Room is one of the first off-site tasting rooms in the state of Nebraska. Located on Silver Street in the heart of Ashland’s historic downtown, the tasting room is a mix of new and old. The building offers a rustic feel with the original brick exposed.

Have you ever felt that you were not heard or your colleagues did not value or respect your experiences or perspectives?
A scenario of not being heard may look like this: you made a suggestion to the group, and they moved on with the conversation as if they didn’t hear you. A minute later, someone said the exact same thing you had said earlier, and the group responded to this person as if it was the first time they heard such a “brilliant” idea!
