Good evening!

We are having so much fun with our dress up days. It is great to see the kids dress up. Thank you for helping them. I saw something on Instagram this morning about a parent getting mad at their student's school because they had so many dress up days in December. Oops! I hope you do not feel that way. It is meant to be fun.

Please remember the grading period is over the Thursday we return from Winter Break. Please check Skyward and Canvas before break to make sure everything is caught up.

Girls Basketball Tryouts

Attention girls basketball players in 7th and 8th grade: tryouts will be held on December 14, 15, and 18 from 4-6 PM. You must have all documentation approved on Aktivate (Register My Athlete) in order to tryout. Please see the SMS Athletics website for step-by-step instructions regarding Aktivate. You should plan to attend each day of tryouts. We are looking forward to a great season!

Sparty Party - All School FUNdraiser

The cost is $25 and $40 for a family, and each student access to our grade-level Sparty Party on December 20, 2023. The party is during the school day and we will have staff members in a dunk tank, a DJ, photo booth, inflatable obstacle course with climbing wall, and more fun. There will also be a special $100 raffle drawing for any student whose family donates $50 or more. You will one raffle ticket for each $50 donated. Tickets will be on sale until December 15, 2023, The funds that we raise go directly to our students for programs and events that benefit all students.
