Eagles' Extra

Thank you Parent Council for a delicious Welcome Back Breakfast (picture above), as well as a new 9 Square, a recess favorite! Also a big thank you to the Ag Society for lending us 12 picnic tables and setting them up for us. We are using this space daily in our new whole school Social Emotional Learning block.

Students also had the opportunity to explore our new Makerspace. This is a new space that allows students to be creative with various hands-on materials. See some pictures below.

Volleyball and xcountry running are both in starting up. Our boys' and girls' teams will be travelling to Erskine for practice on Thursdays until our gym restoration is complete, but lucky for the xcountry team they can practice at home. The Battle River Series will begin on Thursday at Burma Park. Best of luck to all our runners!
