Principal's Message
Thomas Families,
Today, we gathered as a school community to talk about ways students can be caring at school. Our Every Student Counts student committee planned and led a school-wide assembly to teach about the I (inclusive) and E (empathetic) in the TIGER Way. We also honored the students in the TIGER Spotlight for the month of February. We’re proud of all the students at Thomas!
Go Tigers,
Melissa Garris

ASSESSMENT UPDATE
Elementary schools in Dublin recently administered the required universal dyslexia screener to all students in kindergarten through third grade. If the assessment results indicate that a student is at risk for reading difficulties, only those families will receive an email early next week. These results, as well as MAP Growth results will be available later this month in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
SMARTWATCHES AND PHONES
We understand that with the changing times, students have personal communication devices at a younger age than ever. As a reminder of district policy, these devices should not be used during the school day. Phones should be turned off and in backpacks during the day; smartwatches should be in airplane mode (only used to tell time!) during the school day. Thank you for your support of this!
