My teaching experience includes sixth-eight grade science, and STEM instructor. Beyond the class my experience includes Robotics, Science Fair Director at Lubbock-Cooper ISD, instructor for SMART Girls in Wylie Texas and Board Official for the South Plains Regional Science Fair TTU.My philosophy in the classroom is one that is full of excitement, creativity, rigor, music, and hands on lab activities. A school where parents and teachers work together and support one another in the education of the classroom.
I am looking forward to meeting, as well as knowing, each student of my class and their parents. This year will be a challenging one for your child however, I will try to make the classes interesting, so that each student understands, as well as, enjoys Science. Moreover, I do not just want to stick to academics. Rather, I am planning activities to develop the creative skills and interests of students. I hope to make this academic year, an educational as well as a fun-filled year.
