PUSD Students
HelpDesk Support
ITS is continuing to provide direct support for PUSD managed devices and applications for students. Students can now submit their own support tickets by visiting gopusd.com/helpdesk while logged in to their PUSD accounts. Families can also reach the HelpDesk at 626-396-3699 in order to get real time support.
Hotspots
Our Curbside Tech Support team is continuing to schedule appointments for student to check out hotspots. Once assigned a hotspot please check your PUSD email for an appointment confirmation. Our Techs will email and call confirming your appointment. If they are unable to get a hold of the student/family within 7 days, the hotspot will be reassigned to the next student on our waiting list.
Graduating or Leaving PUSD?
Chromebook and hotspot returns. If you are graduating, or leaving PUSD after this school year, we will be sharing details about how to return your device before summer vacation. Look for updates around these procedures within the coming weeks. For our K-12 students continuing with us, you will keep your devices at home for continued learning.

Hapara Highlights Update
We are conitnuing to work closely with Hapara to resolve this issue. If your students are still experiencing a proxy pop up while visiting an site, please let us know. You can do this by submitting a ticket for your student, if they are early elementary, or by having you student(s) submit their own ticket by visiting, gopusd.com/helpdesk.
As we continue to work with Hapara, we promise to keep everyone updated through our weekly Tech Bytes newsletter, which is emailed districtwide every Tuesday.
Again, thank you for your patience and understanding.
