Walden PTO Weekly

It was a wonderful week at Walden. We hope you all enjoy your Thanksgiving break! Save the date for some upcoming PTO events. Our December PTO meeting is on Tuesday, December 19, and only available in person as we no longer have access to a Zoom account. December also brings our Winter Class Parties on Wednesday, December 20, and Winter Break beginning on Thursday, December 21.

In the new year, we will have our amazing BINGO Night on Thursday, February 1st, and Skate Night at the Glenview Ice Arena on Sunday, March 17.

As always, the PTO is thankful and grateful for all of our Walden families and their support!

We’re kicking off Walden Wear Wednesday! Please have your child dress in their Walden Wear on Wednesday, November 29th. The yearbook team will be on hand taking photos of everyone rocking their Walden merch!

Join us at Lou Malnati's Highland Park on Wednesday, November 29 between 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

We are thrilled that Deerfield Parent Network is partnering with Districts 113, 109 & 112. Our first speaker is the New York Times best selling author of “How to Raise an Adult”, Julie Lythcott-Haims.

Julie will be presenting “How to Raise Successful Kids” on Thursday, November 30th from 7:30-9:00 pm in the Deerfield High School Auditorium.
